Pieter focuses his practice on Family Law, including: Divorce & Separation, Divorce and Family Law Mediation, Child Custody & Visitation, Child Support, Paternity, Family Offense, Child Relocation and Grandparent rights. Pieter takes a reasonable and logical approach to solving various issues, and gives counsel as to the best solutions for your particular matter. In a high conflict situation, Pieter is perfectly comfortable taking your case to trial in order to achieve your specific goals. Of note, Pieter completed a comprehensive 42 Hour Family and Divorce Mediation Training sponsored by the State of New York and Western New York Child and Family Services. Pieter also serves as an Attorney for the Child and often represents children in Erie and Niagara Counties.

Katrina focuses her practice primarily on Child Custody & Visitation, Family Offense, Child Support and Paternity. During Law School, Katrina was the Publications & Submissions Editor for the Buffalo Public Interest Law Journal and Co-President of the Family and Children’s Law Society. Katrina was also a student attorney in the Family Violence and Women’s Rights Clinic where she represented victims of domestic violence in custody, visitation and family offense matters. Katrina is understanding and a strong advocate for both her adult and child clients.
